Rev Harold Agnew

Photo of Harold and Alison Agnew Rev Harold Agnew joined us as minister in July 2008.

Harold is married to Alison, and they have 3 children: Zoe, Sarah and Jonathan. Harold was a teacher in Scrabo High School (Newtownards) for 12 years before becoming a minister. Since then the family has ministered in Longford, Limavady and, most recently, Omagh.

When he's not working, Harold enjoys all kinds of sports - well, watching them at least! He admits that he tries to play a bit of golf - "badly"; he also admits to supporting Manchester United.

Harold's father is a retired Methodist minister, and worked in Cregagh, back in the 1940s - indeed, it was during this time that he met his future wife, who is of course Harold’s mum!
