Weekly Activities

All our organisations welcome new members at any time of the year.

Please note that most activities take a break at Christmas, Easter, and during the summer. Contact us for more information.

Prayer Meeting

The weekly prayer meeting is held on Wednesday mornings in the Youth Centre, from 11am.

Indoor Bowls

Our indoor (short mat) Bowling Club runs on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1.30pm, and each meeting includes a game of bowls, a cup of tea and a chat, followed by another game.

The club is open to all (male and female, of all ages), is wheelchair-accessible and also caters for those with limited vision; if we can do anything to accommodate you, please get in touch via the Facebook page in advance and we’ll do what we can.

If you don’t want to play, but would enjoy the tea and chat, that’s fine too - just drop in and join us!

Bowling Club takes place in the Large Hall (the one at the back of the church).

Girls' Brigade

Girls' Brigade is held on Tuesday evenings as follows:

Tinies (Pre school - P1): 6.15pm - 7.15pm

Explorers (P2 - P4): 6.15pm - 7.30pm

Juniors (P5 - P7): 6.30pm - 8pm

Seniors (Year 8 - Year 10): 7pm - 9pm

Brigaders (Year 11+): 7pm - 9pm

2025-2026 session starts: 2nd September 2025

Boys' Brigade

Boys' Brigade is held on Friday evenings as follows:
Anchor Boys (P1-P4): 6.30pm to 7.30pm
Junior Section (P5-P7): 6.30pm to 7.30pm
Company Section (Year 8 and older): 7.30pm to 9pm

2025-2026 session starts: 12th September 2025

Knit & Knatter

Knit & Knatter is held on Thursdays from 10am - 12 noon in the Youth Centre.  Enjoy a cup of tea/coffee and a chat while you knit or crochet - bring your own projects along or work on baby hats, blankets etc for local hospitals, homeless charities etc.

Bat & Chat

Bat & Chat meet on Tuesdays from 10 to 11:30am. Everyone is welcome to drop in for a game of table tennis and fellowship.  £2 a session.
